Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our remote team. As a UX Designer at Plymouth, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our design, development, and project management teams to ensure our digital solutions meet the highest standards of usability and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Ensure designs are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

- Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
