Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our Austin team. As a Project Manager at Plymouth, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of web development processes and methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing remote teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Technical background in web development or software engineering
